This year the evenement started with a training camp July 4th.

The committee decided to establish an annual idiot prize -
For 2006 those players was nominated:

Stian Sundklakk:        Opening multi 2 ruter with 3-4-2-4   Result: -800
Baard Riisnes:            OPS played 3 NT holding  KQ- xx in spade, Baard had A98732 and his P J105.
                                   P lead spade J to Baards Ace, and unblocked the 10.
                                   When Baard was in on his only entry, he played spade 3 from  9873 to
                                   P,s 5.  
                                   Result: 3 NT making.
John-Eldar Pedersen: After P,s overcall in spade at 1 level, all vul., he supported to 4 spade with: Q-x-x-x/xx/xxx/xx
                                  Result: -1100

A true story:

Tommy Sandsmark had valid ticket from Gardermoen airport Friday 8. July. 1 week before (30. June) he used taxi from Oslo (very expencive) and tried to check in. The disappointed answer was told by him self:  Sorry, come back next Friday. ROFL
